Method

My visual work has always moved between mediums. Over the years, that has included pencil, ink, and paint, bricolage, photobashing, digital collage and web-based design. Sometimes all within the same project.

Comics, graphic novels, and publication work have often been collaborative, built through shared processes that might involve separate hands for pencils, inks, and color, alongside photography, sampling, and collage.

I’ve also spent years working in the design departments of small and mid-sized companies, though my visual work is now entirely freelance. I’m drawn to texture, juxtaposition, and the tension between the handmade and the constructed, whether I’m building narrative artwork, web design, promotional material, or pieces that sit somewhere between illustration, artifact, and visual essay.
