A painting is never finished…

I shared one of these in the December newsletter, but wanted to share two of the digital paintings I’ve got in the works currently for the Fallen Cycle website here.

I’ve been trying to bang out a number of at least partially finished paintings like this so there will be more material onhand when and if we’re ready for the RPG crowdfunding campaign. At the same time, it’s just more practice on my SOP workflow, which incorporates everything from the very “analog” to the entirely synthetic.

I could rework forever. Cultivating an “intentionally 80% finished” aesthetic might be the way to go, for the sake of sanity.
